I formed Bump Models in 2008.

The need for pregnant models became obvious to me during my pregnancy, as I still wanted to continue modeling. Interestingly, I worked more than ever whilst pregnant.

I researched and found that there was not an Agency, in the Southern Hemisphere that provided this type of modeling.

I was represented by an Agency before I became pregnant, then during I felt I was at a stand still, as I only received 2 castings and just 2 editorial shoots.

Luckily for me my bump was showing early and my first shoot was at just 18 weeks. It was with these shots I took it upon myself to find my own work, aside from my Agent and successfully landed 8 professional photo shoots. After giving birth to my beautiful Son Duke, I had various friends become pregnant and enquired about how I got such great pregnancy modeling work.

I shared my contacts as I maintained a good relationship with them and realised I had become an Agent without knowing.

I had proved it and knew I could make it happen for other models out there, as we are the only Agency in Australia to specialise in such a niche market for pregnant women.

After my pregnancy, I carried on to shoot nurse wear, baby accessories & did really well as a plus size model (I still can’t believe a size 12 is plus size).

Eventually I lost my post baby weight and I was just about back, until I fell pregnant again and the beautiful cycle repeated its self…

My Son is currently modeling and we have done some great shoots together, as a “real” mother and baby.

This is what gave me the idea, to have a Division within my Agency, were “real” Models and their own babies, can be booked for a job to work together. Lets face it, what baby really wants to interact with a complete stranger on set?

Known for my beautiful babies, I found myself booking them on their own, which without knowing created a Kids Division “Cheeky Bumps”.

My last creative idea was to be able to provide the service to clients, for a full photo shoot. We have Photographers, Make Up Artists, Body Painting and Stylists available at VERY affordable prices in our “Crew Division”. Artists I have been inspired by or personally worked with…
